Our One Service Fee

Advising & Recruitment Fee

We put you at the center of everything we do. That is why we charge only one fee for all of our support: our Advising & Recruitment Fee. This is the only compulsory fee we have, and it covers everything you need from identifying the right university to completing your application to any of our partner universities.

• Unlike many other agencies, we offer one fixed fee with no hidden advising charges. We are fully transparent about what you receive.

• Our Advising & Recruitment Fee is 750 USD. This fee provides you with qualified academic advising. Once the payment is received, we schedule your personalized advising session.

​

• Our advising model is designed to save you time, avoid mistakes, and increase your chances of admission to competitive medical programs. You receive personalized support from advisors with deep knowledge of medical education in Europe and the United States.

What’s Included in Our Advising & Recruitment Fee

Our Advising & Recruitment Fee includes everything you need from your first step with us to submitting your application and getting started. Our service includes:

Our University Application Fee

​

If you decide to apply to one of our partner universities, we can assist you with submitting the university application fees and keeping full control of the process. This service is completely optional.

Below are the university fees (set by the universities):

​

• RSU — 100 Euro

• UNS — 60 Euro

• Humanitas — 200 Euro

• UMCH — 595 Euro

​

These fees are paid directly to the universities through us for your convenience.

​

Other Optional Extra Services

​

We have no other standardized services beyond what is described above. If you need help with additional tasks connected to your application, such as postal services, document translation, notarization, or express shipping, we may be able to help at cost price. Simply let us know what you need and we will check if we can assist.

Payment of Fees

You pay our fees in the same way you pay university fees: via international bank transfer to our bank account. See the link under Admission – Fee Payment for detailed instructions.

Please note: Our Advising & Recruitment Fee is non-refundable once the advising session has taken place.
